Australian orders are shipped via tracked delivery with Australia Post.
- Standard shipping: $10 flat rate

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional fees applied by their country. BOLÏ is not responsible for these charges, and we recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information.

Returns
We want you to love your BOLÏ piece. If you have changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items may be returned for:
- Refund
- Exchange for an alternative size, colour or style
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Made-to-Order Pieces
Made-to-order pieces are created especially for you and require 4–6 weeks for production and delivery.
Please select your size carefully, as made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged or returned without original tags will not be accepted.
