Shipping 

We will pack and ship items within 48 hours of sale.

Shipping in Australia is a flat fee of $10.00 and delivery is within 3-5 business days. Please allow a little longer if you are in a remote area.  All post is tracked and sent via Australia Post. 

 

International Shipping is calculated at time of purchase depending on which country the item is being shipped to. Depending on your location, shipping time will vary but we’ll advise you with that information once shipped. International customers are responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed. BOLÏ is not liable for any of these charges, so please contact your local customs offices for any further information. 

Please make sure all shipping information is correct on your PayPal account and that you have provided a secure address. BOLÏ is not liable for any goods stolen once they reach their destination.

Change of Mind Policy 

​If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of your original purchase to return the item for a refund, exchange of a different size, colour or style as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with proof of purchase. Cost of return shipping is at your expense. All returned items must be in a saleable condition, which means they must be unworn with all original tags attached. No exceptions.
